Based at Hadleigh Farm in Essex, the Hadleigh MTB Club is the only Mountain Biking club to be based at an Olympic venue and the first affiliated club to be founded on the legacy fo London 2012

With British Olympic Mountain Bike star Annie Last as its ambassador, the club aims to become the largest modern MTB club in the UK welcoming members of all ages from all walks of life.

Coaching sessions are being run through British Cycling and Essex County Council at the Hadleigh Farm Olympic track. Details of these can be found by clicking here.

In addition to this, the Hadleigh Mountain Bike club has a number of British Cycling trained coaches who will be offering training courses for groups of all ages throughout the year.

Further, the club is assisting with development of further skills areas near the Olympic track where riders of all abilities can take part in training and coaching sessions specific to Mountain Biking.

Throughout the year the Hadleigh Mountain Bike club has both formal (led) and informal rides taking place on a weekly basis in the local area.

Informal rides are ususally around the local trails and open to anyone who wants to join us provided they have the correct equipment and insurances in place.

Formal, or led rides are organised 'officially' through the club for club members and will be advertised as such on the website and through our facebook and twitter pages.

Other events, club meetings, social events etc will be organised throughout the year with all members being invited.
