    CHRISTMAS PARTY:
    The Hadleigh Mtb Club Christmas Party will be taking place on Thursday 5th December at the Greenhouse Restaurant http://www.greenhouse-restaurant.co.uk/ starting at 7:30pm.

    There will be a hot and cold buffet for all, charity raffle, quiz and prize giving along with plenty of drinking and Christmas Cheer.

    The event is for club members, their families and specially invited ‘club friends’ who have supported us for the last year. Tickets are on sale now from the club shop http://www.hadleighmtbclub.co.uk/Shop.html and thanks to the club subsidising the event, are only a measly £5 each. This will be a ticket only event as we MUST know numbers before hand for the catering, we also have limited numbers so get them bought soon.

    We thank you again for all your support and look forward to seeing you on the night.

  • STOLEN BIKES, PLEASE SHARE

    Anyone in the UK, especially the south, please share if you can. 

    Please be on the lookout for these 4 bikes stolen from the Thetford Dusk Til Dawn mountain bike race on Saturday night. It takes a second folks, lets help these guys get their bikes back if at all possible.

    With all the furore about the Olympic legacy one year on, you should all know about what is coming up at Hadleigh Farm.

    We hope to have club representation at all of these events and specifically at the nationals. Any questions contact one of us or post below:

    Sunday 11th August – MSG Women Who Aspire http://www.activeessex.org/courses/women-who-aspire2

    14th to 18th August – National MTB XC Event (marshalls required)

    Sunday 1st September – MSG Youth Aspire

    28th to 29th Sept – MSG event

    2nd to 6th Oct – Youth Champs

    As you may know the National MTB XC Series is coming to Hadleigh Farm on the 17th and 18th of August. HMTBC have been given the exciting opportunity to Marshall the event and we are looking for volunteers who can make either or both days.
    You will need to be at the track for most of the day (times to be confirmed) and we are looking for 20 people for each day.

    PLEASE PLEASE PLEASE, If you can support this event then put your name below, we will pull together a list for both days and confirm with everyone. Lets show the MTB community that we know how to put on an event at OUR track !

    Come on folks, lets put Hadleigh back on the map for the right reasons and show the country a well organised race at one of the best tracks ever built.

  • Club AGM

    As you may have seen the club AGM is now set for 7:30 pm on the 3rd July (NOT 4th as previously advertised)

    Venue and times remain the same.

    Look forward to seeing you there.

  • CLUB AGM

    New Date will be Thursday 4th July, 7pm meet for a 7:30pm sharp start
    New Location will be the Greenhouse Restaurant + Bar at Belfairs 
     
    We have exclusively booked the restaurant in the Greenhouse from 7pm until close so we will have plenty of room for the meeting.  This of course also means we will be able to combine the AGM with the first club social event of the new year and all partake in a beverage or 2 after the meeting.

    We are near completion of our Skills Area and will be announcing dates for our coaching sessions in the coming weeks.
